What did you like most about this training ?
- First of all training was online and the main motive of doing so which i found is to get fully use to of your pc and the most important INTERNET.As its a company of seo one should know how to explore things on internet ,should know the way of using it with proper keywords. In training i learn how to create blogs with proper keywords which was new to me and i found it very interesting,the topics given by the hr were very nice and i came to know about many aircrafts like cessna ,Aero boero etc.i got to know many new things in training. like- blogs about air crafts, how to promote blogs using diffrent diffrent websites.I have learn how to check the rank of your website.After that we work on web pages,how to make them and the use of softwares to make web pages like dreamweaver,coffe cup.Training was in a batch of four is also one of the good thing where each and everyone can help each other,can discuss problems and find a solution of it.Training in a group is a good thing and it teaches how to be in contact and work together online.Our HR's were helpful and gave full support while training , they guide us very well.
What did not like about this training ?
While training sometimes Net access problem was found in college.

The training in AeroSoftCorp went awesome.All the trainers were very helpful and they guided properly.The training was helpful for present as well as the future use of an individual.We came to know about several new things whose knowledge is important for a person who wants to be updated and coped up with the upcoming new technologies and the developing world.How to be smart enough on internet and smart presence on social media were very well taught.The training not only helps us to work accordingly in the company but is also very beneficial for an individual growth too.

There was nothing as such which we did not like about the training.but yes it would have been better if the appointed trainers form the previous trainee batches were present practically with us.Bu it has nothing to do with the HRs

QUESTION- What did you like most about this training ?
ANSWER- Training brings out the best of us and this training was intended to do the same.I learned the most with the help of HR mam.No dought it increased my communication skill also which was always my plus point.HR mam trained us so well in all the official activities.All the interaction with staff was so generous that i got the insight of relationship inside the company and i can surely say that hospitality in excellent. It incresed my knowlegde abouts blogs and gave an detailed insight on the works of a blog master and how it is more significant than a web developer.
QUESTION- What did not like about this training ?
ANSWER- Nothing as such.Every aspect of the training as executed in proper and understanding manner.Nothing was left unanswered.But i personally feel that if by any chance i could get this trainig directly from HR mam, because she's expert and she's got every quality that a professional wants.It would be so motivating for us if she was present in person.
QUESTION- What aspects of the training could be improved ?
ANSWER- 1) Video conferencing.Proper conferencing cant be achieved.Net is slow so it lags many a times.
2) Waiting problem,sometimes HR mam is busy and we have to wait for long time for the first problem i would suggest to talk to college managment to provide proper internet connection.
Secondly, if HR mam was personally present,then the "fathom" of training would certainly rise up.
QUESTION- How do you hope to change your practice as a result of this training ?
ANSWER- During training,we came across many interesting topics,and we were given proper information on them.So it is imperitive that we learned to troubleshoot probelms in different platforms and trying different dimensions possible for that problems. It gave us an edge to get out of our comfort zone and learn as many new this as possible. Secondly,we got the insight of the corporate world,it's working and all that stuff. Thirdly having got the most of knowledge about web,i can more efficiently handle it.

ANSWER- The training was excellent.All the staff was vert supportive and helpful.Hatsoff to HR mam,she made it very interesting in all aspects. But only if she was present in person this could have been a manifold better experience.
I would totally like to do this training again if given a chance in future.

- Training was online and i love to surf net....so i like best thing abt training is i.e. its online. i have my interest in exploration. In training i got any topic which i was not knowing so i love to explore that topic in its depth. i love to make blogs which is one of the interesting work in training. i got to know many new things in training. like- blogs about air crafts, how to promote blogs using websites.....these are some new things which i learned in training. Training in a batch of four is also one of the good thing where each and everyone can help each other,can discuss problems and find a solution of it.Training in a group is a good thing. Our HR's nature towards us is also likeable. they were humble,polite in our training.they guide us well.

The part of the training that I like the most about the training was that I got an oppurtunity to work with such a wonderful team, full of dedication and the same time as friendly.

The only thing and part that i did not like about the training was that it was online, was it an onsite training it would have been much more useful and would make the role and
objectives clear to the trainees.

The online training could be transformed into onsite training, which will give both the trainers and the trainees a better environment of interaction along with the clarification on the role
the tranee has to play when he/she joins hte company. And while online training is going on telephone aassistance could be introduced so that trainees can callup to understand their work
and problems for it is not that easy on chats. Next option that could be considered is that a trainer from the company could be sent to train trainees in a geographical region that will
also fscilitate the smooth process of the training

ans:-Frankly speaking,this training gave me absolutely different experience.We all work on social medias,on linkedin,facebook,twitter,etc. but how efficiently these
could be utilised i learnet during my training.I learened about link building,how it could be utilised,the optmization of all marketing resources including social media
and digital marketing to gain the required targets.The ways how we promote ourself to bring the best for the people.Being a trainee at Aerosoft itself is a experience for lifetime.I wrote blogs which i never did before,and i loved doing this,though it was all the support of our HR's and Captain Shekhar Gupta,CEO of AeroSoft Corp who supported guided and motivated us throughout the training.I am thankfull to all for making the training so interesting that I loved doing it whole day.The training altogether was great,speaking about only one thing would be unfair on others part,so i liked everything in my training.

ans:-I really didn't feel anything as such which i didn't like.I found it very interesting and resourcefull so i have nothing to say in this.

ans:-The training was completely planned and Scheduled all minute details required were already with us so one would hardly feel any difficulty while doing the
training.Still trainees like me get struck and thanks to all HR's i received their help always whenever required.So, scope of improvent is required when there are some faults,and i didn't find anything as such.

ans:-I learnet many new terminologies,techniques and ways to promote the blogs as well as the techniques to place yourself differently infront of others.The Training taught me the actual knowledge abot the ways how a small blog plays important role for finding a good marketplace for the Company.
The use of techniques like Digital Marketing to place oneself in the competitve world.My view towards how simple blog can be utilised to optimise a site or how it can be utilised by technique of link building to connect the entire system all together.I learent about Link Building which itself is so big that it connects entire system from tip to root.I especially learenet how to draw the attention of the the viewer towads your blog by providing them with all those information all together which
they might be searching on other sources.Inorder to be resourcefull we need true content, good picture quality,and all relevent information abot the topic.
